Ar.Lijo Jos, an aluminus of HHari Sri Vidya Nidhi School, Poonkunnam, Thrissur was Awarded the prestigious Gurudakshina Award by the founding Principal Mrs. Nalini Chandran. 

The ‘Gurudakshina ‘ Award is a dream project of Hari Sri Vidya Nidhi School, Punkunnam, Thrissur founder principal and executive director Nalini Chandran, who believes in the tradition of the ‘guru – shishya’ bond. The award is a reminder to the alumni to take a walk down memory lane and recollect their forgotten or unforgotten antics. It is also a hint to the present lot of students as to what lies ahead of them in the days to come. Above all , it acts as a bridge between the past and the present , a bridge veering towards the future !  The recipient of the ‘Gurudakshina ‘ Award instituted by the Thalam Cultural Trust and Hari Sri Vidya Nidhi School  gets a memento , a miniature of a desk and bench , a plaque and a cash award.
